Payment
Although I prefer payment by Paypal, I can accept cheques. Please contact me for details if you would prefer to pay by cheque.

No items will be posted out before payment is received in full.

Payment must be received for custom orders before I can start work on them.

Delivery
Delivery of stock items is 3-5 working days. An email confirmation and estimated despatch date will be sent to you following your order.

Please note, only a small number of each item in the shop is kept in stock at any one time. For multiple orders of the same product, please email me first to check availability.

For custom items, delivery will take up to 3 weeks, depending on the nature of the product and your custom requirements. This may be longer depending on the requirements but will be confirmed by email when the order is made.

All items are posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and therefore will require a signature on arrival. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be availble to sign for the item.

I try to use recycled packaging wherever possible - this keeps your postage costs down as well as helping to protect the environment.

Out of stock items
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock you will be sent an email to advise you of this and give you an estimated despatch date. If you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your order at this point.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation of Order
If you are not entirely satisfied with your item you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me by email order@handpaintedmagic.co.uk to arrange returning the item. You will receive a refund (minus postage costs) via paypal as soon as possible after your item is returned. For your protection it is recommended you use a recorded delivery service for returning items as refunds will not be given on items lost in the post.

Please note custom items cannot be returned.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact me by email order@handpaintedmagic.co.uk as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy/Data Protection
I only require your name and address details in order to post your item/s to you. These details will not be used for any other purpose.

If your payment is made via Paypal, I do not see any of your financial information. Bank account details from cheques are not kept on file.
